How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you are UK based and you choose our Standard Free Delivery, your goods, providing they are in stock, should arrive between 5-10 working days. If you choose Express Delivery (£4.95) your goods should arrive between 1-4 working days. Overseas orders may take longer however you will be advised of your delivery date when your order has been processed.  For further details see our Terms & Conditions.



Do you accept returns should I change my mind?
Shoe Lagoon is happy to accept your returns (totally Free of Charge if you are in the UK).  Providing your goods are complete and in perfect condition, unworn, unused and still in their original packing we will be happy to offer a  refund or exchange of the product.  This will be made to the original purchaser only. If you wish to return something you must contact us within 14 days. We do not accept overseas returns at this stage.

I’m in love with an item but its showing out of stock/sold out; will you be getting any more?

I`m worried about using my credit card online, is your site secure?
