The feet of Shoe Lagoon is our annual modelling competition which runs from 1st Jan until the 1st April. Each year we look for not just the face of our brand, we are want someone with gorgeous legs, stunning toes, and beautiful feet!
Entrants have a month to submit thier pictures which are then judged by three expert judges. The Judges pick the top three which are then put on this website for public vote.
The Winner 2008- Laura Demetriou
As one of our finalists, Laura got the most public votes and was made the winner the 1st April 2008.
Laura Lives in Essex and on her entry form said "Of all my features I love my feet and ankles the most! This competition really appealed to me for that very reason! I know I have what it takes to be the Feet of Shoe Lagoon"
She was right!! Laura had some tough competition, here were the two runners up which each got a 25% discount from Shoe Lagoon and a stunning Jewelled Headband from

The Judges.
Our judges carefully went through all the entries to choose our top three finalists. Our judges were Umbar, Denise and Diana all great professionals in thier field.
 
International Fashion Photographer – Umbar Shakir
Umbar is a London based photographer who runs Atomic Sparkle Photography. She has been working at creating stunning sparkling images for at least a decade and has worked with a large variety of magazines and commercial clients.
She has a flair for creating natural images which exude beauty sophistication. Umbar and is down to earth and fun to be around. Her eye for style and her wealth of experience are the reason why she has been chosen as a judge.

Celebrity Fashion Stylist - Denise Brown
Denise is the Fashion Editor for both Touch and Urban Lifestyle Magazines, she has a sixteen year old history in fashion and design and she is an image consultant for music videos and TV. She is the woman to call when you need to look hot!
She is also a stylist and has organised many glossy fashion shoots and had to work closely with a number of A-list international celebrities including Jamelia and Rhianna.
Denise’s professionalism, sense of humour and great background make her a perfect judge for this competition.

Professional Hand and Foot Model Diana Hickox
 
Diana has over 6 years experience in professional hand and foot modelling. She has worked with a broad range of photographers for a huge variety of clients including Avon, Boots, Rimmel, Nokia and Virgin, and magazines such as Glamour, Tatler, New Woman, InStyle, Wallpaper and Harpers Bazaar. She loves what she does and will always bring professionalism, willingness, expertise and a big smile to an project she is invloved in.
